Sumanth Muvvala, CFA is a seasoned M&A advisor with over 8 years of experience in end-to-end deal advisory, from origination to financial close. He also boasts 10+ years of experience in investment advisory, transaction advisory, and business performance evaluation services. Sumanth is an expert in all transaction advisory services, including financial modeling, business valuations, due diligence, and feasibility studies. He has worked with C-suite executives across various regions and industries, including infrastructure, real estate, telecommunications, materials, industrials, healthcare, education, and financial services. Currently, Sumanth is the Group Head of Portfolio Management at Al Ghurair Investment, where he is responsible for managing the group's investment portfolio. He is well-connected with private equity firms, other family houses, banks, and other financial institutions in the region. Prior to his current role, Sumanth served as a Senior Manager and Manager of Corporate Finance & Transaction Advisory at Protiviti, where he was responsible for executing M&A deals on an end-to-end basis. He was also involved in conducting periodic valuation and evaluation of investments for various private equity clients. Sumanth holds a Post Graduate Program in Management degree in Finance & Operations from ISB and a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from IIT.
